First and foremost, Shane is a true professional and the most patient and understanding realtor that we have ever had the pleasure to work with.

Over the years, we have worked with no less than 7 real estate agents in 3 states: Maryland, Delaware and Florida. We bought and sold a home in Florida, as well as a home in Delaware. The home that Shane guided and assisted us in closing on, here in Maryland, was the most challenging purchase due to the ongoing COVID crisis and the construction/building material shortages (we moved into a newly constructed home a month ago). Despite the perpetual delays in the construction and going to closing, Shane stood by us and provided his professional guidance throughout the entire process. At our request, Shane scheduled and "showed" us numerous "existing" homes throughout the state during the periods of time when we were losing faith in the builder. However, Shane never attempted to direct or persuade us to settle on an existing home in order to expedite the purchase. To the contrary, when asked (and we did quite often), Shane would offer his pros and cons for each home that we viewed (multiple times for some homes). Shane's patience is a true virtue and one that we simply don't possess (certainly not to the degree that he does). Shane was our agent for more than a year and half, and although we may not need his professional talents (selling/buying another home), we consider Shane to be a true friend and a lifelong friend moving forward. We proudly recommend Shane to anyone who is in the market to buy or sell a home (or possibly seeking a rental home). Lastly, I can truly state that Shane is not in this line of business just for the money... the length of time, patience and effort that he invested in our home purchase effort is far greater in value than the commission that he "finally" received. P.S. There is much, much more that we could write in support of Shane, but we're concerned that most people won't take the time to read the entire review... so we'll stop here.

Shane worked with us for about a year to find the perfect house.

I would call him at a moment’s notice to see a new listing and he would always make time to meet our schedule and get an appointment for us. He was always prepared with documentation on the listing and would take copious notes to get the information that we requested about a particular house. Our list of “must haves” was lengthy and Shane would alert us to a house coming on the market that met our criteria. When we found the perfect house, Shane jumped into action to ensure our offer was submitted in a timely manner and included all the appropriate details for successful consideration by the Sellers. The Sellers requested a 30 day settlement and it was because of Shane’s diligence and “can do” attitude that our settlement was on time and went off “without a hitch”. Shane’s communication, follow up, and willingness to go “above and beyond” are stellar. Since settlement, Shane has called us on several occasions to ensure there were no outstanding actions and also provided us with business contact names and phone numbers for things we wanted to get done at our new home. I would highly recommend Shane for your real estate needs. He’s the best!!!
